North Star Homes is a Virginia licensed and insured Class A Residential Building Contractor, proud to serve the Central Virginia and Greater Charlottesville area. We offer residential building services from new custom homes to remodeling and insurance restoration. We strive to delight our clients and exceed their expectations at every turn, while providing a delightfully pain free and positive experience throughout the entire construction project. 

North Star Homes was started in 2023 by Matt Coyle after 6 years of renovating and building many of his own homes and falling in love with the process. He saw that the residential construction market lacked organization to make project timelines shorter, a turnkey construction experience to make it easier and affordable high quality options. North Star Homes office is located in the Earlysville Business Park.

Matt, his wife Shannon and their two children live in Earlysville, Virginia and are proud to bring their vision for what home construction can be to residents in Charlottesville, Albemarle County and beyond.
